|Seton Hall Law’s Master of Science in Jurisprudence (MSJ or MS) program is designed for non-lawyers eager to advance their careers and enhance their marketability in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, information technology, telecommunications, biotechnology, and financial services fields. You will have the option of completing the Master of Jurisprudence online, or as a hybrid online/traditional (in-person) degree program. Students enrolled in the MSJ online degree program do not have a residency requirement. Graduates of our MSJ program have found employment as consultants, compliance officers, risk managers, contract analysts, healthcare administrators, nurse managers, patent/trademark assistants, pharmaceutical financial analysts, quality assurance managers, supervisors, clinical operations directors and lobbyists.|

|Concentrations||Health and Hospital Law: Throughout each eight-week course, law professors challenge students intellectually while exposing them to various legal and ethical issues in healthcare. Students in this online degree program develop industry-specific legal knowledge and learn to write and communicate more effectively.
Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Law & Compliance: This online master’s degree exposes students to legal, ethical, and policy issues specific to the life sciences industry and helps students build analytical and communication skills necessary for continued professional development.
Intellectual Property Law: This concentration was specifically designed for professionals looking to protect brands, inventions, and original works. This online master’s degree provides extensive exposure to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and also allows students to focus on privacy and security issues in the health, science and technology fields.
Financial Services Compliance: This concentration will teach you about the relevant law surrounding your industry, and how to apply that knowledge to real-world situations to effectively analyze and respond to myriad financial compliance issues you encounter on a daily basis.
